Services with a price tag.
I have bundled the most common tasks into packages: fixed scope, fixed price, fixed deadline. Everything else is billed by time.
Fixed-price packages
Work outside the packages is billed at an hourly rate. I state it in the quote, before you commit.
Software and automation
- Business tools
Inventory, stock management, order and quote management, workshop jobs, reporting. Cut to your workflow rather than the other way round.
- Automation
Make the always-identical steps disappear: pull data from e-mails, generate documents, couple systems, trigger reminders. With AI support where it genuinely helps.
- Reporting
Bring the numbers from your systems together and present them clearly — as an overview that is right every day, not as a spreadsheet nobody maintains.
- Apps
Mobile applications for Android where a website is not enough: data capture in the field, device connection via Bluetooth, operation without coverage.
Electronics and embedded
- Printed circuit board
Schematic and layout in KiCad, up to eight layers. Manufacturing data, bill of materials, assembly drawing. Support through manufacturing to the working sample.
- Firmware
Control software for ESP32 and related microcontrollers: reading sensors, radio, Bluetooth, low-power operation, over-the-air updates.
- Measuring in the field
Devices that have to run outdoors for years: solar supply with charge control, radio links over kilometres, weatherproof enclosures, self-monitoring.
- Rebuild and retrofit
Extend existing devices, replace controls, swap out discontinued components, add interfaces.
Technical consulting
- Process technology
Metering, dosing and UV technology: sizing, troubleshooting, second opinion on existing plants. From around ten years of practice in this field.
- Hospitality
Dishwashing and hygiene technology, water treatment, kitchen workflows. I know the equipment and the businesses that use it.
- Feasibility
Before you commission development: what is technically possible, what it roughly costs, where the pitfalls are. Written assessment with a recommendation.
Not sure which drawer your task belongs in? Just write it down. If I am the wrong person, I will say so — and tell you whom I would ask instead.
